Return & Refund Policy
At Vibrant 3D, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the customized nature of 3D printing, our return policy is designed to be fair while protecting the time and materials involved in each print.
β Eligible for Return or Reprint
We offer reprints or partial refunds in the following cases:
- The product is damaged during delivery.
- There is a significant defect due to a printing error on our side (e.g., incomplete print, wrong dimensions, or major quality issues).
- The wrong item was shipped.
πΈ Proof (photos/videos) must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the item.
β Not Eligible for Return
Because each order is custom-made, we do not accept returns for:
- Design flaws in the file provided by the customer.
- Minor surface imperfections typical of 3D printing (layer lines, small blemishes).
- Change of mind after printing has started or is completed.
- Misuse or damage after delivery.

We aim to process all eligible refunds quickly and transparently. Below is our standard refund timeline:

π Note: Refunds are only applicable for damaged, incorrect, or defective prints as per our return eligibility. Custom prints may not be refundable unless proven defective.
